Great stepping stone place to stay. Small and compact. I didn’t have bedbugs or roaches living here. Outside was loud and Chaotic but thats because of the neighborhood. Me, my husband and my son needed somewhere to stay fast, the application process was quick and easy, the landlord was always on top of things. Not to mention how affordable it is.

You have people complaining about this and that but they are the main trouble makers. It may not be perfect but it’s changing. Maintenance may not be all of that but some of the issues being posted the tenants caused them and when they were identified and fixed they didn’t come back to post an updated review. Home is where you make and some people are just negative and unhappy and that’s most people here.

Office is not open but 3hrs per day and closed on Wed and sun the only time office is open 6 days is the first week of every month. No one is picking up trash you have to wait on maintance forever before anything gets done and some people have to follow the rules and some don't and washers and dryers are going out or not working at all. There are a lot of problems here that are not being fixed and not property manager but her helper Vivian Lewis aka V puts everybody's business on the street
