My dad has a van which he drives all across New England for business. On his last trip, he had a brake failure which caused him to almost get into an accident one night (luckily he was able to avoid any collision). My dad called multiple car mechanics/repair shops in the area but was turned down by everyone until he spoke with Mr. Luis at Foxon Lube and Tire. Mr. Luis was able and willing to take a look at the van the next morning despite his busy regular schedule (usually the weekend is reserved for oil changes and quick work). He called his technician (a Mr. Orlando) who promptly diagnosed and resolved our issue and got us back on the road within 3 hours. Thanks to them, my dad was able to safely drive home to New York that same day.
