We left a 500$ deposit on a Toyota at this dealership. After making the drive to them to view the car and potentially purchase, the owner informed us they had just sold the car, and that they "were going to call us" and that "you know how business goes". If this isn't how you want your business to go, find somewhere else to buy your next car. Avoid car havn if you value your time and believe in the verbal contract associated with a cash deposit.

Thanks for asking! We take the pandemic very seriously, and have followed the guidelines set by the state of CT and the city of New Haven for months. These include taking employees’ temperatures daily, all employees wearing masks at all times, limiting the number of guests at all times, as well as sanitizing cars before and after each test drive.

Yes Benjamin - we have dealer-level workshop computers (not generic 'scanners') to diagnose and program BMW, Audi, MINI Cooper, and Lexus cars.
