Go ito the Habitat for Humanity Store on South Main St in Salisbury & ask for an application. They will be more than happy to help you. Also you may go into the office there in the same building and ask to speak to Colman Emerson, who is the Director of Habitat of Rowan Co. Very fine man! I wish you well with your request.
