Before 2:32am & before 7:30am there is no baggage claim. Best to get your tick ahead of time and not at the Kiosk sometimes it do not work properly. The staion is always clean there is rest room for Female and one for Female, there is are water fountains and machine for drinks and for snacks. The men who man the station are always pleasant kind and helpful with information if they dont know they will call someone and require for you

From Salisbury NC it usually take 11 hr to Philly but it could take longer for safety reason another train on the same track or waiting for another passenger or cargo train to go by thats always it also can depend on the weather if a tree falls on the track or work on the rails or hit a 🦌 deer. These things can slow the train. Lots if time the train is late getting into the station and there is no baggage claim there. You can always call 1 -800-USA- RAIL. I HOPE THIS HELPS
