Very unprofessional and not honest at all. Quality of work was good had a good relationship for 4 years. We came to a crossroad where he wasn’t turning work around and for 5 weeks he had my wheels for powder coating. I wanted to use a diff powder coater bc he said if he bothers the guy he will say pick up your stuff. I wanted them clear coated he said he doesn’t do that. After finally getting my wheels back I learned that after picking up my bike he didn’t want me as a customer says this isn’t the shop for you via text after coming in person to resolve any issues. He said we are good. He has a big head if he disagrees with a customer he says I don’t need your business. Surprised doors are still open. Never build a business with the attitude I don’t need your business thinks he’s the best. Has a big head. Gave my bike back without changing the oil it was still dark after having my bike for two months in total. No longer a customer. Awful customer service.

Didnt have that great of an experiance with the owner seamed to have a big head thought who he was does great work but customers are always right and when you tell a customer maybe this isnt the shop for you because the customer was asking why so long for certain things to be done well to me that is not great customer cearvice at all but who am i to judge
