My experience was top notch and awesome since the second I walked in. I felt very at ease and welcomed as George was very easy to talk to and work with. He took a lot of time to answer the MANY questions I had and was very patient and honest with me. I brought my husband's bike here to finish getting the mod's done that we had previously paid another shop to do and was never done. A whole year in the other shop and none of the parts ever came in, none of the mod's were ever done, in addition to, the $3600 we never got back. Here with George, our parts were in within 2 days and the work was done in HALF the time he originally quoted us (2 weeks originally) and it was done REALLY GOOD! The assistants he had there were all super nice too. My husband and I are truly grateful to George for the honest and very efficient work he does. We only wish we would've come here first. But, better late than never. He has lifetime customers with us now and we will HIGHLY recommend him to everyone! Thank you again so much George! 🤗

I brought my 2015 Sportster into Chaos Cycle because of a check engine light and a clutch issue. I had disassembled the clutch myself and couldn’t figure what was going on. I actually brought all the pieces in a box and handed it over to Chaos. A few days later and I called and the clutch was fixed and was working fine! As far as the check engine light it was an O2 sensor. When the part came in it was fixed and no more check engine light! Overall great experience and quality service for a local shop. These guys know Harley Davidson and I highly recommend them. Just be patient especially if it’s riding season and they will fix it right.
