Literally just tried to spend $7000 in the store on a mower and was told sorry you will have to come back another day by the store manager. Somebody needs to go back to sales 101. 3 employees standing having this discussion and not a soul in the store. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Ordered a hand truck was received defected.. call the company to have a replacement of which they wanted the item back... I do recommend tractor supply for hand truck... better customer service in person.

Items tend to be discontinued through Northern Tool temporarily when they are completely out of stock in all warehouses. If it's an option of returning, it will, or be replaced by a newer model. Your best option would be to call the 800 number on the website and get better answers there. No one from Northern typically monitors these posts through Google.
