LOVE IT!!!! Always look forward to going. Challenges for any 4x4. Probably highest spot you can hit with a jeep in Florida. Lots of rock climbing, not so much mud.

Was skeptical going here reading that it’s the best place in Florida to off-road but I was very pleased afterwards! Haven’t been to many places but it is the best place I have been to. They have it all: very steep climbs, boulders, tallest hill in Ocala ( I could see above all the trees in the area from the top), deep mud holes, many areas to flex. Will definitely be returning in the near future. I got my $30 worth that day.

Love hardrock, awesome park to spend the day, all types of trail(mud,rockie,sandy), bathrooms, rv camp. $30 for jeep, park closes at 5pm.

Favorite off-roading park. Plenty of challenge and even great for beginners. It has good verticle challenges, water crossing, some mud, rocks, and off camber obstacles, all in a trail like environment.

Are you allowed to do tent/hammock camping, and also how long is the longest trail there and if it allows 4 wheelers and dirt bikes to ride on the same days

There is an event going on this weekend! Its a side by side event on a new track they just built for SxS. They are normally only open fri, sat, sunday i believe. But def go check out this weekend! Great place for some fun!!!

The ATV part is separate from the 4x4 area. Just quads and dirt bikes allowed on the tracks. Trails are for Jeeps and side by sides.
There's a few pricing variables to consider like, if ur interested in a membership. They're nice people and would gladly help u decide ur best options if u want to call or u can go to the website and save or print.

If you're looking for trail riding Ocala national Forest has trails that would be good and if you catch a rainy weekend you can get all kinds of mud but as far as hard rock like Ronald said that is a moderate to expert hill climbs tight turns beautiful place to go

They go by the number or type of machine you bring
They have differents tracks, bikes, atvs and 4x4, atvs can not use the 4x4 track. 4x4 can not use the atvs track.
No special permit required. You have to stop at the building up front and sign a waiver and pay the entry fee. They are only open on Weekends. I wheel there in my Jeep regularly
