horrible service. i rented a car for 2 days and discovered it had bedbugs as i was traveling to my destination. when i returned the car i informed them about it & asked if i could get atleast a discount off of my original price ($445.62) & they assured me i could because they seen the bedbugs in person for themself along with the multiple pictures i took. they told me all they had to put a ticket in and they would get back to me within 3-5 days. i never heard back from them and called multiple times after that but kept getting excuses like “my boss who deals with stuff like this isn’t here, i’ll have him call you back” or “we’re very busy right now, can we call you back later today” or was left on hold for so long that their phone eventually just hung up on me & so of course i never heard back. i finally got in touch with the boss though over a month later & he said there’s nothing they can do & cannot give me a discount & basically blamed me for the car having bedbugs. all of my personal belongings had to be thrown away because i was too scared of bringing them into my home & i told him why do you think i would be complaining & informing y’all of the bedbugs if i was the cause of this? he basically just said it’s not on him, but that it was corporates decision so there’s nothing i can do about it. they have a “complete clean pledge” their company stands on stating all their cars are thoroughly cleaned but obviously that’s not very true. i will never be renting a car again from here & never felt so poorly treated by a company. so just be cautious if you decide to get a car from enterprise.
