This place was disgusting night shift the smell at the window almost made me puke I took my food home after sitting in the parking lot for just over an hour an my double quarter pounder was raw as could be fries was cold greasy nasty the employees was sweating over the food no hair nets or gloves scratching beard's over the food bag. I will never eat here again until the health department checks into it maybe new night shift management. I got this on a Friday an just now on a Monday got to speak to an actual manager. All I get is more food or a refund after being served raw meat.

Worst mcdonalds I ever been to. Waited 10 min in dt. Didn't move an inch, finally just left. Two weeks ago, my son wanted mcdonalds. I pulled thru drive-thru was told by employee they cld only accept cash. I said ok, then when I went to order, employee said, I can't take your order because my manager says we are closed. It was 10pm and they are a 24 hr mcdonalds. I live close to this mcdonalds. Service at most mcdonalds i have been to is terrible. I would never go to mcdonalds but I have a son that likes their food.

Terrible service. Ordered a large meal, gave a small drink and forgot the large fries. Fries my daughter got with her happy meal was ice cold. Chicken nuggets were hard, and they forgot the nugget sauce for my nuggets and for my wife's order of them too. Do not go to this McDonald's!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered using curbside. A quarter pounder and large fry. Over 25 minutes later still the food wasn’t delivered. I went inside and the food was in the bag on the counter, (cold of course). The employees would not get me fresh food. The manager refused to refund the money. Go to the exit further south in Corbin or the exits further North in London. Their service isn’t much better though. The owner of these franchises here in Corbin and London should be ashamed.
