It should start opening up for the Plus Members and the plus membership is just to get money out a person just to become a member. They open up when they want to.

that is not what they ask they ask about a one day shopping pass so I went to their website and copied and pasted what they had written yes I agree it is cheaper to get a one year membership which starts at $45 per the website
