Service writer Eric was good about getting me in on my very limited time frame but did not take the time to go over work/ invoice after completion. I was previously a tech and then Service writer/ express manager for years and believe dealerships should have a higher level of customer service. Based on the screwed up alignment and the amount of wheel weights used while mounting/ balancing the tires the technician was obviously incompetent.

Adam was such a great help. He made sure we were comfortable our entire visit. He even offered us pizza 🥰. Adam is very good and professional at what he does. I didn’t catch the other guy name that I spoke with. He’s the guy I signed my car paperwork with. He was awesome as well.
