If you are taking out a permit to use the park for a group be prepared to wait sometimes even a half an hour past the time on the permit for someone to come and open the park, been there many times and that's the case at least 90% of the time, and when the village employees finally show up to open the park they are very rude as if they were forced to go to the park to open it.
