Michael was so helpful as this was my very first time dealing with a pretty major repair. As a woman I’ve heard horror stories of places like this taking advantage of women because they don’t know any better; I didn’t feel like this at all with this facility. Not any specific wreckers at the moment, although most insurance company's will do a free tow if you have roadside assistance and covers the 1st 8 miles free of charge. Consult with your insurance before hand.
I did a high mileage oil change on my 2010 mecury milan. Cost about 55 bucks and they dif it pretty quickly. I was very happy. No real oil change is going to cost you 20 bucks...
