Entered at 6:55pm. The people in front of us ordered at 7:00 p.m. The guy never came back to give our order until 7:12. We finally got our food at 7:22 p.m. I asked for napkins because they were out at the kiosk around 7:00 and we never got any because they would only bring them for the person who's order was up so just a few at a time. Entire store smelled like urine. Looks like everyone was trying to work the drive-thru, but then we found out people from the drive-thru were coming in because the drive-thru was taking so long too. I'll have to remember this store because we like going to Wendy's but not this one. Ever. Again.

The time was 5 pm in the drive thru, the lady on the speaker was rude and also after making us wait an extended period of time, told us they were out of baked potatoes. A manager could have put a sign up on the menu. Gas is too high and it is too hot outside to wait and wait to find out, what you wanted, they don't have!!!

Good Strawberry Frosty, but 20min for DT to get food. This is in addition to waiting 5 min at menu for them to take my order. They had only 2 cars ahead of me, and after getting to window my frosty was melting before I got my burger and fries. I love Wendy's, but this location needs help! Last time I was at this location was in March with a huge wait in DT, then told I had to come inside and waited there forever.

We stop at this Wendy's drivethrough location on Sundays with our special needs daughter to let her enjoy a chocolate frosty. This morning her Frosty was hand delivered to us while in line. Thank you too the nice young man who reminded us there are still kind souls in this world.
