employees are rude and have attitude. ordered a big bacon classic . couldn't eat it because patty smells and taste tainted! I'm highly disappointed. I tried to call the hotline because I want a refund!

I ordered two family nugget meals and the girl who was taking my order was very nice. The manager comes on and yells at me that “it’s too many nuggets and that I need to call ahead if want that order.” She repeats that a few times and the informs me that “she is the manager” I asked if she was gonna give me my order or if she was gonna keep on going. Terrible customer service when myself and another car where the only ones in line. I had no problem waiting. I know it’s a big order but why did she have to yell and be rude? Terrible manager.

The card machine wasn't working for my card or they didn't know what they were doing. I had lots of money on my card just used my card had no problem and they said it said declined so I had to use more gas to go to my bank and I went to the bank and got 20.00 off that same card so something was wrong on there part and I went back to get my food and I told the girl about it she didn't pay me no attention didn't say I'm sorry or nothing.

My favorite Wendy's in Winston-Salem. My orders are always right and employees are very nice. They are really good at handling mobile orders. Other locations has issues with fulfilling mobile orders, but not at Cloverdale. Thank you Wendy's at Cloverdale!!!
