Recently visited this practice and was very satisfied with the medical care. However, my experience with administrative staff not so much. The young ladies working the front desk deal with lots of patients, phone calls and tasks, I get it. But there no reason for them to be unprofessional, argumentative or disrespectful to any patient entering NYU Cardiology. Each patient coming to Drs. Office is mostly elderly and has some sought of medical condition requiring understanding and compassion, not aggression. If they spoke to their parents in the manner I hear them speak to some patients they would get a serious time out and then some. This can’t be the first management is hearing this sought of complaint, so please, get some professionals to work with patients!

I have been searching for a group of physicians forever! After a year and a half of being told I have this problem, that problem, I became an emotional wreck. Dr Tulpan had found my problem on my first visit. Dr Tulpan came up with a game plan. I followed the plan and have never felt better! Dr Cohen also found out there was not a problem with several diagnoses I was given in the past! Thank you both for making me feel so much better! L Adelman

I thought I was going to a cardiologist ended up with a general practitioner was not satisfied they advertise cardiologists but the schedule does not explain that the doctor is a general practitioner. Not satisfied
