Good food! I ordered the wings and things meal. I heard that they changed their original wing sauce a little, so I didn't get that but chose one of the non sweet spicy options. The lady who took my order went above and beyond for me, even though I had some problems with my card not working and not having small bills in cash.

I love Zaxby's. I have ever since I ate their for the first time. It was one of the very few places I can eat and not worry much about my allergies. This was my worst experience at a Zaxby's ever. First, they are taking all of my favorites off of the menu. I know that this is not the fault of the location however it did add to my frustration. The cashier, on the other hand, and her attitude towards me as a paying customer was disappointing and completelya reflection of the location. I am not sure why the current trend in customer service, as a whole, has been depreciating drastically lately. It was so bad that when I didn't get exactly what I ordered, I just rolled with it so I wouldn't have to talk to her again. The food was great, as usual, which was this locations only saving grace. I will return to Zaxby's, but not this location.

I've never had dinner at Zaxbys and and decided to try it. I waited 23 minutes to get CLOSE to.the window. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Cars kept leaving the line. I'm sure they lost allot of business that day. Not sure that I want to STOP BY THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE EFFICIENCY TODAY!!!!!! Still waiting. 28 minutes and counting.

The girl taking orders was INCREDIBLY rude. Blew my mind. She would literally turn around and smile and laugh and cut up with her coworkers, then turn to us and it was like a switch was flipped. The fact she was in a fine mood around anyone but people taking orders is SUCH a bad display of customer service. ALSO, I get why it is a “20 minute wait” for one order with an empty restaurant. You have 4 workers up front in a huddle laughing and goofing off for the entire 20 minutes. Mismanagement in all it’s glory.
