Nice clean room. Only complaint I had was barroom had been mopped with something that made it slick and pillows were very thin. Stayed there in May while house was showing for sale. Convinent location close to my house.

Kind staff. Clean environment. What else can you ask for? They were booked but the halls were petty quite! A cozy facility. The only real "outdated" elements of the hotel are the popcorn ceilings, flooring and doors but they have the same type of furniture and mattresses that 3 star hotels have. So don't let that stop you from staying here. Overall, great experience. Would recommend if on a budget for sure.

Worst hotel experience ever. There was a large group of 25 or more at the check-in and only one very slow person working. After waiting about 15 minutes only 2 of probably 10 or 15 rooms were checked in. Although we had a reservation and were ready to check-in we decided to leave rather than wait an hour or more to get into our room. Upon leaving we tried to call to request a cancellation and there was no answer. We tried again about 30 minutes later and then again about an hour later. On the third attempt someone picked upon. After being put on hold for approximately 15 minutes we spoke to someone who explained that since we booked through a third party (Hotels.com) we would not receive a refund. I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted Quality Inn and reported back that it was the hotel who was making the decision to not refund. We were literally at the front desk ready with our bags ready to check in and could not get into our room in a reasonable period of time and they are refusing to grant a refund?? Shady operation.

Pretty decent stay. No drama in the hallways or parking lot. No loud music or sounds. The breakfast is all cold items though besides the waffle maker. And the deposit is kind of high but it’s returned after a few days.
