I just picked up my take out order. I ordered something new here (besides sesame chicken which is a frozen chicken chicken which is usually good) I ordered chicken chow mein. Well did you know that apparently this restaurant considers chicken chow mein to be mushy chicken with celery and watery cabbage. No noodles. Every recipe I can find on the internet and any other time I've ordered it elsewhere it has had noodles in it. The solution to this was I was told I could order something else and pay for it.

Bamboo Garden has a buffet that is very good. Safety protocols are in place and stressed to patrons. Gloves are provided for use when handling utensils at the buffet. The wait staff takes your dirty plates away promptly. My tea was refilled promptly also. Multiple flavors of ice cream are also available as part of the buffet, but it is frozen hard as a rock.

We use to like the food. New owners raised prices and skimp on the crab Rangoons filled with cream cheese and not much of that with no crab.Noodles taste like they cook in fish sauce and not very good service. The dishes stayed on table until after we left and had to ask for bill. Was really disappointed because we really liked going there before.

Not good. This was our third time here. Was good, really good those first two times. This time it was later. 745. They closed at 9. We were 1 of 2 tables. The bar was about 2/3 stocked. They brought out 1 pan of sweet and sour chicken. The fried rice was dry. I and my daughter got crab ragoons on our first plate. Only 6 in the pan. They were extra crunchy, and some were hard. Never brought out more. Soups were dried out and burnt to the pan. At 830 when server came by to check on us. We told her about dried out food and empty pans. She said they will not make more that late. We had been here almost 40 minutes. Nothing was brought out but one pan. Server did not seem or sound very interested in our concerns, too busy talking with 2 other people. Talking about people they knew or what this one and that one was doing. Even after we said something, she went back to talking eith others.
