Positive: I enjoyed the breakfast and I enjoyed the young lady that cleaned and filled your breakfast area. She was very pleasant Negative: Both my room and my daughter's room had ants in the bathroom and in the bedroom area.

Several members of my family stayed over the weekend. One of the room was designated as handicap but the only thing accessible was the bathroom. There was not enough space for the wheelchair between the beds and in the room which made it severely difficult for someone totally wheelchair bound. The bed height was also too high. The guest was very disappointed.

One of the fun things about staying at a hotel with a pool is that you have unlimited entertainment for your kids. Checked in, walked to the pool, and the pool is empty. No water in it. Promptly went back to the front desk and asked for a refund or a discount and the hotel would not do either. Keep in mind, there is nothing stating online that the pool is closed. Disappointed mom and disappointed children on this 2 night stay. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was filling. Sadly, this hotel is short on staff and when asked for, the hotel was out of clean towels/wash cloths, etc.

We stayed one evening here. We asked for a quiet room and they were very accommodating. Pam waited on us at the front desk and she was very helpful and made suggestions about dinner spots. We took one of her suggestions and it was a nice place. The room was clean and comfortable. It did have a toilet that the handle was not working properly but we just reported it when we checked out.
