Positive: The location Negative: We had 3 rooms. Two of them had dirty sheets. I was there 3 days and no one every freshened up the room. I needed towels and was told by housekeeping she didn¿t have any. I had to go downstairs to get them. I needed toilet paper and had to do the same

We had a pleasant experience with the staff. They were very helpful and outgoing. Loved just talking with them. The rooms themselves were very outdated and old looking. More of motel than hotel feel. This was not up to Comfort inn standards.

Staff do not do their job. Made us fix our own toilet. Did not clean my room and lied that I had my do not disturb sign on the doorknob. food was horrible. Staff in the kitchen did not have on her shoes for some reason that I really do not understand. Found old food in the bed under the covers

The hotel and room was very clean and smelled fresh. The carpet looked new. Bed was very cozy. Maybe it's inflation, but it seemed pricey. I've stayed in hotels as nice for less. It was better though than paying way less for a run down, hotel room.
