They do good haircuts but pretty trash and inconsiderate customer service. I called in and asked if they had any walk-ins available they said to come on in. After getting there I noticed that there was a lot of customers waiting and I asked the barber if he had enough time for me and he ensured me he did. I waited for over an hour and then he suddenly just mentioned that he wouldn’t have time for a full haircut. If you don’t think you can do it then tell your customers from the start instead of waisting their time
