I WISH I could give NO STARS!!!!!! My Mom was at Touchpoints at BLOOMFIELD and it's THE ABSOLUTE WORST place!!!!!! It's COMPLETELY HORRID!! They aren't prepared when new people are admitted!! They gave her things they KNEW that she was allergic to and she ended up having a reaction!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The Techs would rather chat then complete patient care!! They were LOUD, RUDE, ROUGH HANDLING and MEAN!!! The nurses would rather do what THEY WANT than complete PROPER patient care!!! I visited her and I witnessed patients being ignored!!!! The night nursing supervisor was rude and verbally abusive.The food was usually cold. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and stay away from that place!!! Unless you enjoy NEGLECT, VERBAL ABUSE AND A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!!!! Be proactive.....notice all the reviews are YEARS old except for mine!!!! MOST OF THE REVIEWS are from STAFF and VOLUNTEERS!!!!!! Only ONE is from someone who had a less than positive experience!!!!!!!! TWO of the staff were GREAT.....AMY a unit manager and DANAE the recreation assistant manager as well as PATRICIA, NICOLE AND ARELET who are the ONLY Techs who were professional!

Cindy was excellent and helped keep our loved one there in touch with family during Covid. Through FaceTime, phone calls, and visits, she was always wonderful and accommodating!

This would help to increase patient satisfaction and decrease patients from feeling frustrated and diffuse irate behavior.
