Going through a house fire is terrible, and having a mitigation company who is unresponsive is even worse. That was my experience with the first company I hired. I asked for more bids and finally landed on them. The difference is night and day. The project manager is always available and very thorough in his work. I'm able to relax as much as I can while they go through their fire and water mitigation process. They have been incredible to work with and responsiveness has been top notch.
