We love living at Spark ! Sam is amazing as well as Jemuel and Alex ! The maintenance team is so nice and helpful. My husband and I relocated from NYC and it’s been an adjustment but we really enjoy living here. Our unit is absolutely amazing ! It’s been almost a year and we are so happy ! Bad experience as a prospective tenant. My wife had asked about availability for first floor, 2 bedroom apts; Spark Bloomfield told us they had 3 of these units available/soon to be available so we scheduled a tour for a Saturday morning. They did not show up for the tour after we drove 1 hr 20 min to get there, and nobody answered the phone. They don't call us back until Monday, and also say that they actually don't have any first floor 2 BR apts available. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful of our time.

I have lived at Spark Bloomfield for two years now and have nothing but great things to say! The apartments are renovated and spacious, maintenance always comes promptly and the atmosphere is great overall! I have really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it to others!
