After 5 years as a client, it’s sadly time to move on. Dr. Pam is an amazing vet who’s worked with us through end of life care for our dogs as well as helping transition 2 new dogs into our family. As much as I would have loved to continue having her as their dr, the office staff and head vet tec Candice are a nightmare to deal with. There is constantly high turn over and very poor client relations. Again I can not say enough great things about getting to work with Dr Pam but unfortunately I’ve had to deal more with the difficult and nasty front of the house and vet tecs then I care to In response to abcde response- you may need to work with your new receptionist in addition to your vet tec on communication- 1. In regards to the oral sedation that was offered AFTER Candace insisted that ear plucking is done by groomer, not her and then stated he needed to be completely knocked out for her to do it. I was over it by then. How does he need to be knocked out for her to do it but a groomer is to just do it routinely? 2. In regards to boarding- I had some questions regarding why the vaccines were needed when they are not needed to drop him off for a vet visit and also his vaccines are not due for another month. I was put on hold and disconnected. I figured I would get a call back but never did. I do see in the patient file I asked that the new receptionist claimed I hung up on them.

Dr Pam and her staff served my dogs and puppies for years. Exceptional care. She and her staff listen and are open to new ideas. I have since moved back to the northeast and desparately miss the care and expertise of the ABCDE practice. They are the gold standard of veterinary care. Miss all of you greatly !

They provide excellent care, however I called for a quote on cremation for an already passed away pet unfortunately. However I was called back and quoted 174, spoke with my family as we also got a quote from somewhere else, when I called back the price was 221, this is kinda like bait and switch. However I won’t completely not use them in the future, like I said they provide excellent care. Update: so I was quoted correctly the first time however we had already taken him somewhere else. However the price isn’t a problem it was being told one price and getting another I was very well aware it was over 150. Thanks for the response.
