I have been a patient here for years and I appreciate the easy way to schedule an appointment or use walk in for service. I'm never there longer than 1 hour. I really feel the staff genuinely cares about my well being and the doctors are knowledgeable.

This is the worst location! I came in with visible SOB, informed them of this. I’ve been her almost 2 hours, the practitioner came in and asked about an ankle. When at urgent care you have to prioritize!! An ankle vs SOB??? I would think the person with SOB who shaking, needs to get to X-ray!!! Doctor didn’t even address me by my name, nor did he close the door. He examined me with the door open. Then tried to tell me that the reason my hears are draining was because of getting water in my ear from showering. They need real practitioners here that can actually keep up with the load. All they have done is collect money from me!!
