Food is fine, but on 4 different occasions (which have happened back to back at this location), they have somehow messed up my order. 3 of those times I was charged for the extra side but not given the side itself. Pretty irritating, just go to the one going up towards Boone. At least they get the order right.

This is one of the best bojangles in Wilkes County in my opinion. I might stay over busy at certain times of the day but it's def worth the wait. The biscuits are prefect, the meals are great, an everythin at a decent price considering the quality of the food an the service hospitality they have. I usually get enough food for 2-3 days everytime I go lol

Overall mostly fresh and very nice lady on day shift. I wish I knew her name but she has been there a long time and she really goes the extra mile. This is why they deserve 4 stars 🌟

I love the Employees there. They have always treated me like family. 👍 just don't break down at their restaurant they won't help u lol. And the food is always great
