Wish I could give 0 stars! Needs to improve the customer service. Similar to the rest of the reviews on here. This group of employees are rude. They are ALWAYS huddled up & when you ask a question, it’s like they get mad because you interrupted them. I’m sorry you have to do your job. This is the 3rd time I have came into this location & experienced this. Definitely will not be returning to this location again!

I am on a business trip from NC and had to have my hair recolored. Sidney at Ulta Salon Buckhead went over and above with helping me. Not only is she great at what she does, but she was an amazing magician to bring my hair back to life! I am grateful to Sidney for helping me! If I lived in this area I would use Sidney all the time and recommend her to anyone that is looking for an wonderful beautician.

Clean and spacious store. Compared to other Ulta stores in Atlanta, collection of beauty products is less. They need to check inventory and restock the items. Customer service needs improvement. Store is located in first floor of Buckhead station.

I must say the first time I went to Ulta knowing it was a beauty brands store. It wasn't going to have anything I would like as a man. I ended up buying 2 bottles of cologne. That wasn't the only selections Ulta has for men that is considered in the beauty category. I would definitely recommend any male give Ulta a chance.
