We have lived here just 1.5 years…mostly thru COVID, and yet everyone waves, smiles and actually enjoys living here! It seems like living in a gorgeous park! We have 5 oak trees on our property, and mowing is included in our HOA fee as is internet, WiFi as well as two cable boxes! Less expensive than the fees we paid for our home in Merritt Island!!
