I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in this place. Went to this shop around 5:00pm and checked out at 5:21pm. My cashier name is Maison, i went into this store to buy pet mice. Specifically fancy mice which is 5.99, something was off by them having the mice in the back, but didn’t think anything of it. There was a lady who was helping me not sure of her name but can describe her, she was wearing jeans, blonde or black hair can’t really remember. This lady told me everything to get for 3 mice food, 50 gallon tank, treats etc. We left our cashier who name is Maison checked us out and we left got the mice 5/29/22. Go home all goes well, until a week later i holding my mice she is crawling on my shoulder and all of a sudden she drops, lucky i caught her before she hit the ground. She started seizing which is very eccentric because we just bought her, we turned off anything that was making noise. Keep in mind these are supposed to be fancy mice. We call up to Pet super market and we found out they only sell feeder mice, we ask what colors do they have and they have beige, brown, black. The colors of the mice i have is white brown and black, we ask how much feeder mice is and it’s 5.49 but the fancy mice they so called have is 5.99. These mice where not sold in the front she brung us these mice from the back, While we are on the phone with the manager she says we don’t have fancy mice we only sell feeding mice. Not only that she was completely unhelpful telling that there is a doctor that can help in palm beach. Not only was the manager unhelpful so was the employees. In the store i was supposed to get 3 female not 1 male 2 female so they wouldn’t mate. Now i have to go though the stressful body draining process of taking care of baby mice, which i don’t even know how to. At least try and hire employees that actually know what they are doing. Also we were told to buy way more stuff than needed now doing research, sold us the wrong water bottle. Although i will give props the manager was nice just completely unhelpful. FALSE ADVERTISING This lady blonde or black hair wearing jean sold me feeder mice. if i could rate this 0 stars i would but i will be calling corporate. Peace and love🥰😐 p.s only reason i gave it 5 stars is so people see can it!!!!!! Also would like to say I DO NOT want get same reply that you give to everyone which is completely unhelpful try to at least put some helpful information. UPDATE i called customer service in which he didn’t give me his name which i should have asked for my fault. He sounded like he was half asleep completely UNHELPFUL told me to give my mice when it was having seizure. As i am telling him that there employees sold me a feeder mice when i asked for fancy mice he said i don’t know what to do. And then said he will put me on a line with someone else.

I liked the ambiance, and the customer service. But the meat was under cooked, garlic grilled chicken, and the restaurant temperature was not cool enough. Otherwise, the churrasco steak with chimmichurri was excellent and the red beans and rice were very tasty as well. The empanadas are good, but very little meat come inside of it and took more than 15 minutes to come out. One thing I would improve is timing of food delivery. There were only 4 tables and we were all sitting there for a while waiting and looking at each other. It is also not a buffet on the weekends :(, so that was a bit of a bummer. It was only for their grand opening.

I go to this store every week and their fish tanks are always in tip top shape. From the fish to the clean tanks. This is one of my favorite locations to buy fish. I'm not sure of the gal's name but she works every Thursday and she is amazing!
