Tired of dealing with this place. The extremely long wait times make it almost unbearable for mediocre food. Normally the food is hot. But this time, I'm throwing in the towel. We were told 20 something minutes. We waited over a half hr to be told oh I put ur order in now. Ok. Get home to a mess. We don't live far at all. Chicken wings was soggy and had hair in them, not to mention whatever the pieces were, did not resemble anything from a chicken. The general tso was different...didn't even taste the same. Got the Sha cha Chicken, what a mess! It seemed off and was damn near cold. N idk what they had going on with the egg rolls, but it was like flavored dough inside, but I guess it wouldn't matter since they don't make em. Even the dumplings weren't cooked properly. After finding more hair in the rice, we are taking this as a loss n making something else. Maybe hair nets and gloves will be in ur future, I won't know tho...I ain't going back.
