I am frustrated by the continued in ability to open the pool on time. Sometimes it is open when they say it should and other times it is not. Extremely frustrating for people who want to swim in the morning. Despite my repeated comments to the management. Nothing seems to be done about it in as a permanent solution. After I comment on it will be opened at the designated time for a week or so. Then they fall back into the same old pattern of haphazardly opening it when ever the community officer wants to. I am talking about the pool being down for maintenance issues That is understandable.

Their model apartment may look like this but the rest of them do not. False advertising.

From what I observed: It's okay but a bit pricey per month for the quality of the apartments. My opinion: when a tenant signs a year lease, the monthly price for rent should not be increased 3 months later. While rent is increasing astronomically in Florida, it is not necessary when the lease is not up for renewal. Landlords are just being greedy. It makes me extremely glad that I'm not renting. I just feel for those that are.
