Every time I come to the Popeyes in lLeomjnster MA. I am always greeted by Eddie the manager with a smile and excellent speedy service and the food is always fresh.

This is the SECOND time now that we didn't receive any of our sides. Just boxes full of chicken. My husband even asked this evening when they handed him the bag, "the sides are in there too?", because of our last experience. He got yepped. And here we are, no sides. It's not cheap to pay all that money and get half your meal every time!! Then i call and the manager says, "well, come back with your receipt and i will give you your food." Which sounds great in theory except that its 36 minutes one way, not to mention my husband doesn't have the receipt to begin with.

Food is fine but everyone has a lack of urgency. Line out the door, 2 employees just hanging out, one lady had long hair and it was down, I ordered the food an hour in advance so it was ready and waited 15 minutes from the time they actually spoke to me which was 10 minutes after I arrived for my meal. Don't expect fast food
