Rooms are not cleaned regularly. When you ask for your room to be cleaned. They don't clean your room.

Check-in was quick and easy, location was superb near everything, literally dozens of places to eat and shop as it was situated practically in the middle of two shopping malls and a strip mall, next door to a gas station and a Starbucks... room was immaculately clean and had a nice solid floor that didn't absorb odors and it was obviously an old building but very well maintained and I would definitely go here again!! Very quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the highways.
