Phone I sent was stolen among other items. Unhelpful when trying to make an claim for lost item. I can tell a person is using the phone at the location because it has tracking software. Since it’s out of the country I’m out of luck.

Good morning, thank you for contacting us, the days of maritime departures are every 15 days and weekly air departures

This Tealca company does not work, they are irresponsible, I sent 3 boxes to Ciudad Ojeda Edo Zulia and they have been there since December 12, 2019 and they have not wanted to send them to my family they are shameless I do not recommend it to anyone
