Was told that these are the same folks that work for servpro of Northern Rhode Island. I could not have been happier with the technicians that came to my house to cleanup my water disaster. I don't know how many franchises are out there, but thank you for the servpro brand!

Setup appointment to meet with consultant for a possible mold problem. Called a few days before, after setting up the meeting, to confirm my appointment, it was confirmed. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called and they had no record of my meeting. Would not recommend.

I had a recent water loss at my home in Westminster, MA at the end of April. My insurance agency recommended SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County because their Marketing Rep, Matthew, spoke very kindly that I would be in good hands. I was very upset and concerned my finished basement was a total loss, luckily Alisha and Lorraine from the office eased my mind and assured me that their production team would take great care of my home and fix the problem as if it never even happened. They were right! The production team that came out, was excellent and I plan to have them do a general cleaning of my house later this spring!
