Initial call was placed for a quote on air duct/HVAC cleaning to the Orangeburg location. The female representative asked how many ducts were in the home and was told 8. She then quoted the service would be around $146. After the technician finished the work and called the office, we were told the service total would be $600!! When asked why the price was different from that quoted, the office representative admitted she thought the service scheduled was for carpet cleaning. RECOMMENDATION: QC Faulting, SERVPRO's protocol for scheduling services should include an emailed invoice to all clients to confirm appointments prior to includes date, time, service, and amount). Also, all employees dispatched for appointments should have their schedules and parts synced with management every morning prior to departure. Finally, paid invoices should not come in the form of a business card. We were not given a paid invoice after service completion and was promised it would be emailed at a later day (office representative should be responsible for this). Absolutely unprofessional and poor business practice. The only variable preventing a 1-star was the service technician that performed such greatservice.. I will definitely not do business with this location again.

Used this company to do asbestos testing. They missed an appointment, finally came out and did the test to see if I have asbestos is my walls. When I received the bill it was for $360, the estimate on the service was for 357. When asked for a breakdown of the charges I was told they didnβt do that because they outsource the testing. I said well the estimate was for less, Theresa told me that all she did was collect on the invoices she didnβt do the billing but there was no way they would know what the charges were before hand because they outsource the work. I know itβs only a 3 dollar difference but there is no transparency with the company. Theresa was calm and respectful when I voiced my complaints tho. Also, they pass the fee to use a debit/credit card to the consumer which is 3%

Hello, our office hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday (we are closed between 12-1 every day for lunch), however the office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Also we are on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
Yes, you can bring it by anytime between 8AM-12PM and 1PM-5PM Monday - Friday. We are closed between 12PM-1PM for lunch. We can also pick up and return rugs for an additional fee.
