Most people have there own Insurance company and it carries over onto a Rental. Plus you can add there Insurance if you to. I only use this when I leave the state. ( Just what I do. ) Also call your personal Insurance company and see If they offer discounts on Vehicle Rentals.
Amount varies, it depends on what type of vehicle you looking for. If you want to rent a mid size vehicle for a week it's going to run from 230 to 250 and plus 200 hold they place on the card. So if you are going to rent for a week you need to have at least 450.00 on your card. Once you bring the vehicle back in the same condition you took it, your 200.00 will be refunded in about 2 days(48 hours) back onto your card.
The store is close Saturday and Sunday if you drop it off you'll be charge extra. But check with them their answer is better
I cannot remember but it is overpriced! If you do not have personal car insurance, then it is better to use a Visa Credit card to pay for the rental. Major Visa Credit Cards (does not include a debit card) will cover your rental as long as the driver & card holder is the same person. FYI...this Enterprise branch is notorious for not having cars regardless if you have a reservation. I would suggest you have a backup plan when renting from Orangeburg location. Every time I have rented from this location my reservation was NEVER available. One Saturday in May our rental car made it back to our home after we picked it up, but would not start again. We had to wait over 5 hours for a replacement. My last experience I reserved a cargo van & the manager called me the morning of my reservation pick up that he did not have a van. I had to drive to the Harbinson location for a pick up truck!
Definitely need driver license, if someone rents a car for you, I am sure they inherit all responsibility and liability if you use it. Signatures are required.

Probably damage waiver, but if you're using credit card, you may be covered for that and all the extras. I decline everything.
