Absolutely the worst run facility. DO NOT bring anyone that you care about here for care. They are incompetent and not responsive to needs, do not follow proper medication or sanity protocols. The cna staff turnover is daily, and they have little to no training. The management staff is useless, that is if you can even find them. To say this place is a nightmare is an understatement. I am certain that my Dad would still be alive if he wasn’t in this place. This was the only place that would take my Dad's insurance and he had to go here, and the severe bedsores he got from being here and lack of care contributed to the infection that killed him. Run as fast as you can from this place.

My husband was in Terrace for several weeks due to Congestive heart failure. His blood tests were "list" four times in a row. He gained 30lbs if excess fluid in three weeks, developed horrible rashes/oozing/weeping legs that he did NOT have going in. He died at home. So-called nurses knew nothing about his treatment and I have no confidence in their staff. If you have a lived one, DO NOT LET THEM GO HERE.

Do not allow your family members to go here. everyone has an attitude at all times. They are not clear on what POA regulations are and how to use them. No one following up with missing medication concerns. And miss-medicating. Staff Seem overwhelmed or lazy, can't tell. The in room communication devices do not work. Claimed the patient didn't know how to use them, that was tested during visit and found to not work. Multiple other issues. CNA's do all the care. Posting this for someone else because they feared their family members care would be affected by public corrective criticism based off the attitude of the staff if they decide to finish rehab there.

If I could give this place a negative I would! My papa was here and we had to bring him home do to the lack of care. He literally did not get bathed in 6 days!!!! It is absolutely horrible! If you care for your loved ones NEVER EVER have them there and if they are get them out! It is dirty and the staff is rude!

I read other ratings and it averages 3. I visited once and the next day my daughter did. So far we know the staff are caring, the maintenance people keep it clean and good smelling. The ratings then says the food is awful and hard to chew. It can take long for some bells to be answered but they said they were short staffed on weekends so that is not the fault of the nurses. It is the director whom in fairness I have not met but is said to be rude.
