My Grandmother started living here about 6 months ago and I was really worried about her, but the staff has been wonderful and accepting of her. Elizabeth looks out for my grandma and let's my family know how she does when we aren't there. I'm really thankful to have a safe place where I know my grandmother can continue to live independently. No, the Atrium is not a Healthcare facility at all. It is strictly an apartment building for seniors. Each resident is responsible for their own Healthcare and insurance.
The cost for Studio suite of 388 square ft is $1900 per month per person. In case of double occupancy additional $650 per month will be charged. The cost for Studio suite of larger size ie 474 sq ft is $1949 for single occupancy +$ 650 for double occupancy. Third suite of 485 sq ft will cost $ 2199 per month per person + $650 for double occupancy. 1 bed room size 771 sq ft will cost $2399 per month per person + $ 650 for double occupancy. 2 bed room facility of 983 sq ft will cost $ 2624 per person per month + $650 for double occupancy of senior facility. In addition one time community Fee of $ 3250 is charged on moving in.
