Although they played nice, and pretended like they cared, they threw me to the wolves in that courtroom. Laughing, joking, going to lunch with the defense attorney. Took the majority of my money..no they don’t get “five stars”.

Insurance company has been denying me P T. They have an outside agency that evaluates the care. I did not give permission for a case manager that knows nothing about me to determine my care. Is this legal and is there anything I can do about it?
