I read all the good reviews about this place and Lee and thought this was a good shop to entrust my vehicle to. Contrary to the good reviews I read I found this place not to be good for me. I got my vehicle towed there and I told Lee that it was no rush to get to my vehicle but, I didn't think it would take 3 weeks for me to have it looked at. I already knew it was my transmission bc, I had took it to my main mechanic and they ran the check and gave me the transmission codes. They recommended a transmission shop. I told Lee this but, he said they needed to run an electrical diagnosis check for $189.99 bc, they think it could be electrical more so than transmission. I was not kept in contact with too good other than two texts. One to call to give permission for the electrical check and one other text about 2 weeks later to call for him to tell me it's the transmission. I already knew that it seems they had to get some kind of money out of me by asking to run the electrical check. The price to put in a used transmission with just a 6 month warranty was $4,410 way too high. My experience was not a good one at this place. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend.
