My friend was working sales for JD at the end of 2020. Called me about a used utility vehicle(side by side, off brand) that came in as a trade in. Price was right. Bought it. Asked about title for it. Was told it would be obtained for me since the previous owner did not bring in with trade-in. Never received title. Over year and a half later found out side-by-side was reported stolen in March of 21. Vehicle ended up in sheriff impound. I asked for my money back or use money I paid on another utility vehicle as down payment. Manager at John Deere said it is not their problem. Even contacted JD corporate over situation. Said it's G'vlles problem. Now it looks like will have to look into legal means if cannot resolve with manager. Have alot of different brands of equipment. JD, Kubota, JCB. Love my JD stuff. Shame to see a thing like this tarnish their reputation over <5k.

Let's do a different review. We will start with 5-stars and assume the best at the beginning. I visited on 7/30/22 and talked with the service writer explaining I have a JD790 I just purchased used and could they pick it up (13 miles away) and perform at least all the 500 hour service. Yes he said, and quoted a price all in of around $800. Good so far. Emailed service manager Shawn with instructions, directions and pictures 8/3/22 and will await response. 5 stars so far!

We started our tractor search at Gatorland Kabota. The staff there didn’t even say “hello” to us, so we made our way to Ag-Pro. Kalyn welcomed us in immediately. She started by asking us our needs and picked out two options that she thought might suit us. Well, she hit the nail on the head! In only two hours, Kalyn and her team set us up with an amazing tractor package and delivered it to our door! Better yet, they never tried to upsell us into something that we didn’t need. Instead, they prioritized our needs and discussed trade-ins down the line if we ever outgrew what we purchased today. Thank you, Kalyn! You are amazing and we are customers for life!
