Terrible service. I pre-ordered my pizza before the store opened and they still managed to deliver my pizza 30 min late. I had a similar experience with Domino's and they called me ahead of time to let me know and gave me a free pizza. NOTHING from Pizza Hut. I tried calling 10 times AFTER my pizza should have been delivered and was on hold for 10 min before I hung up and tried again. The management needs to get up and deliver the pizzas if they are going to abuse the already underpaid and overworked employees by not properly staffing the store. Definitely a management issue.

Ordered my pizza at 5:46pm and didn't receive it until 7:30pm. On top of that it was cold. Good job guys. Way to keep your customer base. Maybe your manager should take the time to talk to his customers instead of standing in the background telling his employees what to say. Quit blaming door dash for your incompetence. Will no longer be buying from you.

Ordered my food at 6:05 was told 30 min. Food just now getting here. While hour later by door dash. I was never answered door dash would be delivering until about 30 min after my order was placed. Through text. My good was cold. Woman acted like she didn't know how to cancel a order or do a refund when I was looking for the door dash man. And $21.56 for one large is ridiculous. I could've gotten 3 med pizzas from Dominos for that much. 😔😔
