First time here. It was just okay. Steak was more done than I asked, and the lobster tail was rubbery and cold. They were out of the portion size for the item I wanted to order so they had to charge extra. The steak didn't have much flavor and was dry- I needed A1 (which I've never in my life used on filet mignon). Our blooming onion was overdone. I really liked the "boomarita" flight. Service was good. Seemed very pricey for what we received. Not sure if I'd go back again, but definitely won't be my first choice if we do. Lots of others seemed to enjoy it, I'd expect a wait at dinner time if you go.

Service was very slow, the bathroom was dirty and smelled horrible. Waited for a long time for food and while ordering we inquired if certain food was spicy was told not really and so other person who ordered the chicken could barely eat her food and due to the cost she tearfully ate get chicken. Felt so bad and when we needed to check out we inquired for our tab which took a long time to get. This was the worst service unfortunately we ever experienced. Though we know times are tough and tight for those working long crazy hrs we still tipped her a 20%. So not happy with service at this particular outback. Maybe other folks can get better service. Stay safe please.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but this is the 2nd time there has been an issue. Yesterday, at 3:00 we tried to get a table for a party of 8. It was not busy, maybe 20 tables between the bar and restaurant. We were told we would have a 45 min wait due to staffing issues. However, there were at least 2 areas that could have accommodated our party. A different server could have been assigned possibly. Maybe this is a training issue??? Btw, 2 of the party are servers in the area and couldn't believe it. The 2nd issue was a few days after Christmas, this same party was going to be treated as a gift from my son as his gift. Our bill was between $200 and $300. We all ordered prime rib, with one exception. Every single one of the prime ribs were raw. We had to send them back, and they came back in stages. They still werent right. My son, who has cooked hundreds of prime rib, said they tasted like they had been boiled. The manager came to the table and offered to discount one meal. The whole thing should have been discounted. We all were so disgusted and frustrated with the whole experience. Then we tried it again yesterday, huge mistake!! I would not recommend this Outback in Traverse City.

We were there for her anniversary. We had the blooming onion which was delicious.. I had lobster tails and my husband had steak and shrimp. We both had so much food we had to take some home.
