Doctor Young is such a wonderful doctor, along with the rest of the staff. I adore how I can laugh and make jokes with them. Dr Young has always taken my medical problems seriously and has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm completely taken care of. I have been going to the practice for about 11 years now, with a short break of living downstate. I will always recommend them to everyone looking for a PCP. Don't let the negative reviews fool you; they truly are a wonderful practice! If you treat them with kindness and respect, you will get the same thing in return plus some.

Great experience from check-in to check-out! The support staff is so friendly and attentive. Dr. Peterson gave me as much time as I wanted to express myself, and was genuinely caring and present during our visit, even taking hand-written notes. Loved him! And loved his MA, Jaimie! This was my first visit at WFPC and I am very happy with my new Doctor and staff!

After being a long time patient in the past and, after moving back to the area and rejoining, I have just quit this practice. Not for anything they have done to me, but, the inappropriate way they treated my wife who was looking for a new doctor. My wife applied May 23rd. On May 24th she received an inquiry from the office only about her insurance status. Because of some odd circumstances, she is self pay and told the representative this...the representative told her she'd process her application. She waited 13 days, no answer, no communication from West Front. Never a question about her medical condition. Not one email or phone call. So, she emails them and asks the status. She gets an email that because of her medical condition (diabetes, which millions of people deal with daily) they can't see her. It is extremely obvious that they denyed her due to her insurance status but do not have the honesty and fortitude to say this is the reason. I will not be a patient at a practice that the staff cannot be honest and genuine. I am done with West Front...
