They went above and beyond personal service. Went out of the way to find the exact plant my mom wanted to send as it has special significance to us. They called when I didn’t answer the door because the plant is very large, about 5 feet tall. Mom told them when she placed the order that I have some health challenges and they wanted to make sure the plant was placed where I wanted it so I didn’t have to try to move it on my own.Who does that? No other company that is known for delivery services. Mom and I are both thrilled with the plants and how they are arranged.

I ordered Over $800 worth of Flowers for My Father’s Viewing & Service. Flowers were Very Nice but 1/2 the Cards were wrong. I stopped by to let them know and asked what they would do, Nothing is what I was told. The Flowers were good Sandra said “ and that’s All That Matters”. Can you imagine having Flowers with the wrong names on the cards, I Personally Think that should matter to a Florist. Especially since I went in to the Shop and Spelled the Names Out. S as in Sam A as in Apple M as in Mary. Find Somewhere Else That Cares. They couldn’t even give me 10% off for another time. Won’t be Using Them Ever Again.
